At ELITEPEPPERS, we aim to process and ship orders as quickly and discreetly as possible. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are handled, processed, and delivered.
Order Processing
Orders are usually processed after payment confirmation. Processing times may vary depending on order volume, payment confirmation, product availability, and operational workload.
Once your order has been prepared for dispatch, you will receive an order or shipping confirmation by email, if applicable.
Estimated Processing Time
Most orders are prepared within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
Shipping Times
Delivery times depend on the destination country, carrier, and local delivery conditions. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may be affected by delays outside our control.

Discreet Packaging
Orders are packed discreetly. External packaging does not contain unnecessary product-related information.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
If tracking is available for your order, tracking details will be provided after dispatch. Tracking updates may take some time to appear after the shipment has been handed over to the carrier.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided, delivery may be delayed, returned, or lost.
If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us as soon as possible at info@elitepeppers.com. We can only make changes before the order has been dispatched.
Failed Delivery & Returned Shipments
If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect the package, additional shipping costs may apply for reshipment.
Customs, Import Rules & Restrictions
For international orders, customers are responsible for checking whether the ordered products can be imported into their country. Import duties, taxes, customs fees, delays, seizures, or import restrictions are the responsibility of the customer.
ELITEPEPPERS is not responsible for delays or issues caused by customs authorities, import restrictions, incorrect customer information, or local regulations in the destination country.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
Delivery delays can occur due to carrier issues, customs processing, public holidays, weather conditions, or other events outside our control.
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at info@elitepeppers.com with your order number and shipping details.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives visibly damaged, please document the condition of the package immediately and contact us with photos and your order number. This helps us review the case with the shipping provider.
